About

Engineer by training. Delivery lead by experience. Builder by choice.

My path is not a straight line, but every stage taught me one part of the same job: understand a system, plan the work, and deliver something people actually use.

Engineering gave me a structured way to break down technical problems and think about risk. Running projects and a business in Lagos taught me how suppliers, stock, customers and investors behave when money and deadlines are real. My MSc gave me the governance and stakeholder methods to deliver in complex organisations.

Since 2025 I have put all of that into software built with AI agents. I study how to prompt and brief agents so they take real workload off people, then I write the specifications, review every change, and take each build through testing and release. Privacy and honest claims are built in from the first decision.

I am open to conversations about roles in AI automation, data analysis, project management or business analysis, in the UK, Australia, Canada or Nigeria. I can bring the same approach to a company: find the repetitive work, automate it safely, and measure what changed.

Where HYVOI came from. It grew out of CareUtility, my first shift-coordination app, where I learned in-app subscriptions and Play Store release management. All four products are listed at mywellmate.com and on Wellmate Group Ltd's Google Play page.

I believe the shift to AI is one of the biggest changes in how work gets done, and I practise it every day. Four of my builds are public products; about 20 more are tools and automations I built for my own work.

How I work with agents

Brief like a project manager. Clear scope, constraints, exclusions and acceptance criteria before an agent writes anything.
Engineer the context. Plans, decision records and handover notes live in the repository, so any agent can pick up where another stopped.
Gate the output. Tests, CI and my own review on every change, with approval gates before anything irreversible.
Guard the data. Privacy rules and least-privilege access designed in, not added later.

Examples from my own work

Job search automation. An agent finds suitable roles and prepares applications while I am at work, and emails me a record of each one.
Report pipeline. Raw survey and public data turned into charted PDF and Word reports in code, not by hand.
Multi-agent development. Claude Code and Codex working on the same app, coordinated through a written master plan and handover file.
Teaching it. Live sessions showing people how to use AI agents to do real work for them.

How a product goes from specification to store

HYVOI shows how I work: a governing plan kept in the code repository, an approval gate before each major milestone, and every architecture decision written down so another engineer can pick up the work.

A cross-sector study of how engagement strategies manage conflict and affect performance on healthcare and education projects in South Wales. I designed the study, ran interviews, coded the data in NVivo and built the findings through thematic analysis.
